Zumba® Fitness Party with Marie and Krista

Party Yourself into Shape with hypnotic Latin and International rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves that will bring out the inner dancer in you!

Our classes are designed for all ages and all skills levels. The only requirements are a love of music and a fun loving spirit. Bring a friend and release the stress of the day, have fun and make new friends while burning calories!

Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and supportive sneakers and bring a small towel, water and lots of enthusiasm!

Mondays -- 6:30-7:30 pm

Tuesdays -- 6:30-7:30 pm

Thursdays -- 5:45-6:45 pm and 7:15-8:15 pm

11 classes • $88, 22 classes • $143, 33 classes • $176

Drop-ins • $10 per class, Senior Citizen Drop-ins • $8

Drop-ins • $15 for 2 classes per week, $18 for 3 classes a week

ZUMBA® Fundraiser

Please join three Pleasant Valley Zumba® Instructors-
Angela Foppiano, Krista Morris and Marie Swanson.

WHY: To benefit Susan G. Komen Foundation for the Cure®. Susan G. Komen for the Cure’s® promise is to save lives and end breast cancer forever by empowering people, ensuring quality care for all and energizing science to find the cures.

WHEN: Wednesday, October 20

WHERE: Cherilyn’s School of Dance, 18 West Rd. Suite 2 in Pleasant Valley, NY

TIME: 7pm-8pm

COST: $20* (Recommended Donation amount) *100% of the money raised will be donated!
